Cisco® Unified Contact Center, Cisco MeetingPlace®, and Cisco Voice Portal products that require Advanced Technology Provider (ATP) program certification are not eligible for support under the Cisco Shared Support Program, also known as Shared Support Essential Operate Software Service (SESW) under Essential Operate Services. To fully align with Cisco's Services strategy, Shared Support for these products requiring ATP certification products were removed on September 15, 2008.
